Refund policy

The Danish law says a costumer has 14 days to regret their standard orders ONLY INCLUDING! posters, clothing, phone covers and mugs.

The 14 days starts from the day you purchase the product. I will then refund you the money within 14 days after you’ve  cancelled your order.

When you send the product back it has to be in the same condition as when you received it. ArtByArtist does not cover any expenses related to the return.

If you wish to return a product, contact us via email where you include the order number and other crucial information.

you will then receive an address where you can ship the product to.

note I do not give refunds on originals such as Artworks, limited Edition Art and Art Installations.
